Because PDF files are delivered digitally, refund eligibility is defined below. Please read it before purchasing.
1. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:
- The delivered PDF file is proven invalid or non-functional.
- A valid replacement cannot be provided within 48 hours of your report.
- The product was not delivered within 2 hours of confirmed payment (excluding system outages).
- An accidental duplicate purchase or a product that materially differs from its description.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after the digital product has been delivered.
- Incompatibility with your device due to failure to verify system requirements before purchase.
- Problems caused by redistributing, modifying, or sharing the purchased PDF contrary to these terms.
3. How to Request a Refund

Email storedigitals@mydigitals.net with subject line: REFUND REQUEST - Order #[your_order_id]

Include your Order ID, the email used for purchase, and a screenshot or description of the issue.

We will review the request and reply by email. If approved, the refund is sent back through PayPal; the time required for it to appear depends on PayPal and the customer’s payment provider.
